This policy explains, in plain terms, what data M2 collects through the site, what we use it for and what your rights are. We handle personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the same rights are respected under the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

We only collect the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Company, Instagram or website, and your message (optional fields)

We don't request sensitive data. Currently, the site does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels. In other words, we don't collect browsing data. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, we'll ask for your consent.

3. How we use your data

We use the form data to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs and, where both parties are interested, prepare a proposal and provide our services. The legal bases are your consent when submitting the form and the taking of preliminary steps toward a possible contract.

4. Who we share it with

To run the form and receive your messages, we use two providers acting as data processors:

• Web3Forms: processes the form submission.
• Google Workspace: receives and stores the messages in our email inbox.

These providers process the data solely to enable contact. We do not sell your data nor share it for third-party advertising.

5. International transfer

Since these providers are international companies, your data may be processed and stored on servers outside Brazil, in order to enable contact and subject to the protections offered by these providers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship, or for the period required by law. You can request deletion at any time.

Under the LGPD, you may, at any time:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access it;
• Correct incomplete or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or deletion;
• Request data portability;
• Know who we share your data with;
• Withdraw consent.
